The sole prayer of the petitioners is that the Mutation Case No.T-201805310704562 (Nirmala Devi Vs. Shanti Devi) under section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Gola, District Gorakhpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No.T- 201805310704562 (Nirmala Devi Vs. Shanti Devi) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
