The petitioner in the writ petition seeks a temporary permit in respect of vacancy created by stage carriage bearing registration number KEE-8787. His application for the same is pending consideration before the respondent.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the application if there is a vacancy of the stage carriage KEE- 8787 in the route in question and, in the absence of any other person having a better or preferential claim, to grant temporary permit for four months duration within a week of production of the certified copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
