1. On 09.03.2012, we had passed following order :
"Being first appeal pertaining to family dispute, we would prefer to hear it finally at the admission stage. For the above purpose, the appellant shall supply the copies of the important documents and depositions in the form of a paper-book, upon which the requirement of preparation of formal paper-book is dispensed with. This shall be done before the next date of hearing with a copy to the other side.
S.O. to 23rd March 2012, by which time, Registry shall also call for the Record and Proceedings from the Trial Court."
2. However, thereafter on number of occasions, one side or the other prayed for time. We feel that both sides are not desirous to go on with the hearing of the Appeal for final disposal.
