This correction application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 17.09.2021 passed in Application U/S 482 No. 7859 of 2021 with a request to make a mention of Criminal Case Number and the Crime Number in the impugned order.
Accordingly, on request, matter is taken up.
It is directed that order dated 17.09.2021 be read in the context of Case Crime No. 0020 of 2020 dated 12.03.2020, Police Station-G.R.P. Tundla Junction, District-Firozabad under Sections 354, 294 IPC in regard to which Criminal Case No. 2733 of 2020, is pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad.
