By means of the order dated 19.12.2018, we have granted bail to the accused-appellant in the following sections namely in Sessions Trial No. 329 of 2012 arising out of Case Crime No. 253 of 2011 under Section 302 I.P.C. relating to Police Station Sidhauli, District Sitapur. In addition to the above, the accused-appellant is also granted bail in Sessions Trial No. 330 of 2012 arising out of Case Crime No. 256 of 2011 under Section 25(1-B) Arms Act, P.S. Sidhauli, District Sitapur subject to the condition mentioned in order passed on 19.12.2018 in Criminal Misc. Application No. 95402 of 2015. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off. (Mohd.
