JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is the first accused in C.C.No.2996/2009 of JFMC-II, Kollam. The offences alleged against him and other accused are punishable under Secs.341, 354, 323, 448, 451, 457 and 506(i) r/w 34 of IPC. Other accused persons were already acquitted by the learned Magistrate. The de facto complainant, who is the 2nd respondent and her daughter, the third respondent, who are the aggrieved parties are represented in this Court by their counsel. Affidavits have been filed by them stating that the entire matter has been settled and that they do not intend to proceed further in the matter.
Hence, in the light of the settlement so arrived at, this Crl.M.C. is allowed. Further proceedings against this petitioner in C.C.No.2996/2009 of JFMC-II, Kollam is quashed.
