Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Undisputedly the writ Court had directed disposal of a representation with respect to grant of pay preferably within a period of six weeks. On the state of record as it exists today, the Court does not find any wilful disobedience.
The petition is consequently dismissed. It shall however be open to the applicant to approach again in case the matter is inordinately delayed.
