JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, Sri Amit Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Sri A.M. Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri Ajay Kumar learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that against the order dated 30.3.2019, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the writ petition, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 4.4.2019 to the respondent No.5, a copy of which is Annexure-6 to the writ petition, and prays that the said representation may be directed to be decided by the respondent No.5 within a fixed time frame.
To the aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 has no objection.
Accordingly, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.5 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 4.4.2019 by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
