Hon'ble Vijay Prakash Pathak,J.
Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the writ petition even in the revised reading of the cause list.
Report of the mediation centre records that the petitioners have not deposited the requisite amount and therefore no mediation could take place.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
Learned A.G.A. shall forward a copy of this order to the S.P./S.S.P. concerned for the investigation being completed with due diligence, if not already completed.
