The petitioner was directed to implead the other co-licensee as one of the respondents.
Accordingly, the application for impleadment of the other co-licensee Phoolan Singh son of Lakhan Singh, is allowed.
Counsel for the petitioner may incorporate the necessary amendment in this regard within three days.
The dispute in the writ petition is regarding surrendering of liquor license of the year 2017-18. The period of aforesaid license has already expired, therefore, in our opinion, the petition has been rendered infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
