Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of the instant petition, relief has been sought for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 18.05.2018, copy of which is annexed as Annexure-11 to the writ petition.
The petitioner has moved the aforesaid representation praying for construction of the interlocking road along with Nali. The petitioner earlier also moved an application dated 18.12.2014 before the Mayor Allahabad upon which, an endorsement was made to Nagar Ayukt, Allahabad to make spot inspection and prepare the estimate. Despite the aforesaid direction of Mayor Allahabad to Nagar Ayukt, no steps has been taken for construction of the interlocking road and Nali.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion, that no such direction can be passed by this Court to the concerned authorities.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
