Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
On the last occasion, learned counsel for the petitioners was granted time to bring on the record material to establish that the purported objections appended as Annexure-7 were actually dispatched and served upon the Commission. Although, an Affidavit has been filed today, even in this Affidavit no evidence has been brought on the record.
Consequently, the Court finds no ground to issue the writs as prayed for.
The petition is dismissed.
