Petitioner's father was employed in State Bank of India and is stated to have died on 9.9.2013. Petitioner being the son of deceased employee has made an application for grant of compassionate appointment but till date no decision has been taken. Thus aggrieved, petitioner is before this Court.
Sri Satish Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined and an appropriate decision shall be taken by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, noticed above, and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
