This criminal revision has been filed challenging the order dated 9.5.2002, passed by Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr in Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2002, whereby prayer for bail of the revisionist has been rejected vide order dated 19.4.2002.
In the opinion of the Court, the appeal must have been decided on merits and therefore, by efflux of time, the revision has been rendered infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
