JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 47
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 14567 of 2019 Petitioner :- Sunil Kumar Respondent :- Labour Commissioner Meerut Counsel for Petitioner :- Rahul Kumar Tyagi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble J.J. Munir,J.
The petition as framed is not maintainable. It has employed the word 'bail' and referred to the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with regard to security offered in relation to release of an amount awarded as compensation under the Employees Compensation Act, 1923, in a First Appeal From Order.
The petition, in the manner it has been framed is not maintainable. However, that would not prejudice the rights of the petitioner to file an appropriately framed writ petition or seek other remedy for appropriate relief.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action.
