Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Birendra Pratap Singh learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

The Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order of transfer which moves the petitioner from Hamirpur to Maharajganj. The record reflects and this much is also admitted that the petitioner who is a permanent resident of Hamirpur has remained stationed there since 2001. The order of transfer is also not shown to fall foul of any statutory provision or the terms and conditions of service of the petitioner.

The writ petition fails and shall stand dismissed.
