The prayer made in the present writ petition is to expedite the proceeding of Case No. P.W.3/2012 (Sunil Kumar Srivastava Vs. Tehsildar, Tehsil Atarra, District Banda), pending before the respondent no. 1 within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.1 to expedite the proceeding of Case No. P.W.3/2012 (Sunil Kumar Srivastava Vs. Tehsildar, Tehsil Atarra, District Banda) and make an endeavour to decide the same, as expeditious as possible, preferably within a period of four months after giving due notice and opportunity to all the parties concerned.
