Heard Shri A.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sunil Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has filed the abovenoted writ petition praying for consideration of his regularization on the post of Pump Operator in accordance with the Uttar Pradesh Regularization of Persons Working on Daily Wages or on Work Charge Or on Contract in Government Departments on Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts (Outside the Purview of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016 . He claims to be working since before 31.12.2001.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents concerned to consider the case of regularization of the petitioner within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Connected Writ Petition No. 10985 of 2016 shall be listed in the next cause list.
