In response to the order dated 25.8.2021, learned AGA on the basis of instructions, informed to the Court that the final report has already been submitted in Case Crime No.0117 of 2020, under Section 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station- Bhatparrani, District- Deoria and so far as the request for transfer of the matter, at this stage, is itself infructuous.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
