Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner is a Constable and is currently posted at Mainpuri. It is submitted that his wife is residing at Mugalsarai (Chandauli) and is currently seriously ill. The petitioner has made a representation to the authority concerned seeking transfer either to Varanasi or any nearby districts, which application is still pending before the respondent no.2.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the prayer of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order along with a fresh representation is presented before the authority concerned.
