Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the corpus is being traced out sincerely by the Police Authorities but he has not been recovered so far, so some further time may be given to the Police Authorities to trace the corpus out and to produce him before the Court.
In view of the submission of the counsel for the State, this matter is adjourned for the day.
List it on 16.3.2016 on which date the Investigating Officer shall remain personally present before this Court along with the progress report on affidavit in this matter.
Learned AGA is directed to send a copy of this order to the S.S.P. concerned for having close watch on the investigation in this matter.
