HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14532 of 2014 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that Current Account is opened with Syndicate Bank, Mozamjahi Market Branch, Hyderabad (3rd respondent) in the name of M/s. Renuka Agencies. At the time of opening the Current Account, it was agreed that the account would be operated by Suresh Kumar Gupta and Sunil Kumar Gupta. Subsequently, there was an internal understanding which was to be in the form of a written settlement, whereby the account can be operated only by Sunil Kumar Gupta and Suresh Kumar Gupta has no say any more.
Informing the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent Bank on 29.04.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though a written request is made to the third respondent bank to permit the petitioner to operate the Bank Account bearing No.3002125212, so far, no such permission is granted and no orders are passed on the representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the third respondent bank to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted on 29.04.2014.
3. Heard Sri Mohammed Habibullah, learned Standing counsel for the third respondent bank and the learned Assistant Solicitor General.
4. Having regard to the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Syndicate Bank, Mozamjahi Market Branch, Hyderabad (3rd respondent) to consider the representation, dated 29.04.2014, and take a decision, as warranted by law, and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
