JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Heard Sri Surya Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents.
At the very outset, learned AGA has pointed out that the present petition is premature as the impugned FIR has been lodged recently, i.e. on 2.1.2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and prays that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh at an appropriate stage.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
