Heard Sri Shamsul Eslam, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that the Mutation Case No.1264 of 2012, T20121597390 (Sunil Kumar Vs. Parvez Ahmad), under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, pending before the respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Belthara Road, Ballia, may be directed to be decided at an early date.
Learned Standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
