Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record.
This is an application for a direction to decide the trial of Sessions Trial No. 69 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 19 of 2018, under sections 376, 363, 366, 506 IPC and 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, P.S. Dullahpur, district Ghazipur pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Ghazipur expeditiously.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A., the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment in accordance to the provisions laid down under section 309 Cr.P.C..
With the aforesaid observations the petition under section 482 Cr.PC is disposed of.
