Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
A preliminary objection is taken to the maintainability of the writ petition with Sri Ashish Agrawal, learned counsel contending that against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy in terms of Section 15A of the U.P. (Regulation of Building Operations) Act, 1958. In view thereof, Sri Shashi Nandan prays for permission to withdraw the present writ petition and to assail the impugned order by way of statutory revision.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, this petition shall stand disposed of in the above terms with the only observation that in case the petitioner prefers a revision along with a Stay Application, the same shall be duly considered by the Revisional Authority and disposed of with expedition and in accordance with law.
