This petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of stay application in S.C.C. Revision No.17 of 2018, pending before the Court of Additional District Judge/FTC-II, Hathras. The revision has been filed by the petitioner on 14.11.2018, challenging the judgement and decree dated 04.10.2018, passed in SCC Suit No.11 of 2016 (Vijay Kumar Sharma Vs. Sunil Kumar Arora).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the concerned court below shall decide the aforesaid S.C.C. Revision No.17 of 2018, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the plaintiff-respondent.
