The petitioners have approached this Court seeking police protection when there was some issue relating to loading and unloading between the members of the respondent Union and the petitioners. An interim order was granted by this Court on 12.7.2013, which is still in force.
2. It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that as matter stands now, there is no law and order situation. Under such circumstances, we do not think it necessary to pass final orders in the writ petition.
Hence, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the police, if there is any further cause of action.
