Heard Sri Gaurav Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Mrs. Himkanya Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for Union of India.
It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.09.2020 passed in Writ - C No. 13944 of 2020 (Ahmad Jamal Siddiqui Vs. Union of India and others), hence he prayed for the same relief.
Mrs. Himkanya Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for Union of India has no objection to the aforesaid request.
Accordingly, the presently writ petition is partly allowed in terms of order dated 24.09.2020 passed in Writ - C No. 13944 of 2020 (Ahmad Jamal Siddiqui Vs. Union of India and others).
