This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the quashing of order dated 26.2.2019 as well as entire proceedings of Case No.2170 of 2011 (State vs. Sunil Gethe & another) arising out of Case Crime No. 191 of 2011, under sections 323, 504, 506, 380 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Varanasi, pending in the Court of IInd Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi.
Heard applicants' counsel and learned AGA. Entire record has been perused.
Counsel has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. Order dated 26.2.2019 is a well reasoned order containing correct analysis of facts and there is no good reason to interfere in the same. The direction as has been sought to direct the Court below to treat the matter as complaint is meritless.
The application therefore stands dismissed.
