JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, initially the petitioner is said to have been appointed way back on 08.11.1991 as a Drawing Teacher in a regular vacancy in a School under the management of the third respondent. Despite the petitioner's long service of 21 years, his services had not been approved by the authorities. At a later point of time, when Staff Fixation orders were issued, the petitioner was included in “Teachers Package”. Aggrieved thereby, the W.P.(c) No. 30416 of 2014 2 petitioner is said to have filed Exhibit P3 representation before the first respondent. Complaining of its non- disposal, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. The learned Government Pleader has submitted that Exhibit P3 seems to have been submitted to the Honourable Minister, instead of to the first respondent. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that she has got instructions to the effect that Exhibit P3 in turn was forwarded to the first respondent. She has also submitted that another copy of Exhibit P3 has already been submitted for the consideration of the first respondent.
4. Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court, without adverting to the merits of the matter, disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider Exhibit P3 representation of the petitioner, if received and pending, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, W.P.(c) No. 30416 of 2014 3 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
