The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that it was not clear as to where plot nos. 1342K, 1343, 1370, 1374 and 1375 of Village and Post Khaga, Tehsil Khaga, District-Fatehpur were situated. He has filed an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur on 04.06.2018 in this regard.
It is therefore, directed that the application filed on 04.06.2018 shall be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
