Sri Prakhar Tandon, advocate has received instruction on behalf of respondent and raised preliminary objection that against the impugned order dated 02.12.2019 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 16, Kanpur Nagar in SCC Suit No. 69 of 2018 (Dr. Ashwani Rawal Vs. Sunflower Pre School and another), there is a remedy for filing revision under Section 25 of Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy with liberty to file revision under Section 25 of Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, if so advised.
Certified copy of the order be returned back to learned counsel for the petitioners after keeping the photocopy of the same on record.
