The petitioner who was engaged as an Anganwari Karyakatri has preferred this petition aggrieved by the order of 08 April 2013. Undisputedly the engagement of an Anganwari Karyakatri is made on the basis of a yearly contract which is renewable from time to time subject to satisfactory service being rendered. When the writ petition was initially entertained, no interim order was granted. As it presently stands, no person who may in the meanwhile have been appointed as Anganwari Karyakatri stands arrayed as a respondent. It is thus manifest that no effective relief can possibly be granted to the petitioner at this point of time.
In view thereof, no cause arises for continuing this petition on the board of this Court which shall stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
