Heard Sri Atul Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 29.4.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 0164 of 2019, under sections 498-A,306 IPC P.S. Seohara District Bijnor.
Considering the nature of heinous offence involving a dowry death of the victim on account of consumption of a poisonous substance, petitioners are nand, nandoi, mother in law, a case of separate residence, petitioners have no role whatsoever in the alleged overt act, are issues which cannot be examined in this jurisdiction as primafacie cognizable offences are made out pending investigation no good ground is made out either to quash the F.I.R, or stay the arrest of the petitioners pending investigation.
The writ petition is dismissed.
