Learned counsel representing the respective parties are agreed that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by an order dated 11.12.2018 passed in Writ A No. 9532 of 2016 (Balendra Kumar and 11 Others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others).
Respectfully following decision of Writ- A No. 9532 of 2016 Balendra Kumar And 11 Others (Supra), this writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms.
It is clarified that the respondent nos. 4 and 5 will proceed in the matter.
