Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record.
This is an application for a direction to decide the trial of Criminal Case No. 136 of 2011 (Suneeta Dixit v. Vishan Narayan Dixit), under section 125(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Pinahat, District Agra pending in the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra expeditiously.
It is strange rather appalling that the court concerned could not adjudicate the matter under section 125 (3) Cr.P.C., since 2011.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A., the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the aforesaid case, preferably within a period of three months expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations the petition under section 482 Cr.PC is disposed of.
