Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel for respondent University points out that the University has considered the claim of the petitioner for award of Gold Medal in M.Phil. (Hindi), but has rejected the same by an order dated 24.10.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the said order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
