Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Jaiswal, learned counsel representing the respondent - Axis Bank.
From perusal of the prayer clause, what we find is that it is not only that prayer made herein cannot be granted for the reason that the respondent - Bank is not amenable to writ jurisdiction of this Court, but also that appropriate remedy to the petitioner is available under Section 21(3) of the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy which may be available to the petitioner under the said Act.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
