JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri Tej Bali Singh, learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the writ petition is not maintainable as an alternative and statutory remedy is available under section 24 (4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which could not be disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner Shri G.K. Dwivedi.
In view of above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative and statutory remedy.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will file the appeal alongwith an application for interim relief that may be directed to be considered. In case any such appeal is filed alongwith the application for interim relief, the same shall be considered by the concerned court in accordance with law.
