Grievance is that petitioner's candidature has not been appropriately considered and his marks in the English Typing Test has not been calculated.
Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent points out that petitioner's marks in English Typing Test has also been added but as petitioner has failed to secure marks above the cut off he has not been selected.
In view of the above, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to obtain necessary information under the Right to Information Act and in case any grievance survives further it shall be open for him to approach this Court again.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is consigned to records.
