Suneel Kumar Saroj vs State Of U.P. And Another

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|13 January, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for directing the court below to permit the petitioner to remain on the same bail bonds in respect of added sections of 368, 120-B I.P.C.
The inherent powers of this Court are not supposed to be invoked in such matters. In fact such petitions should not have been filed and this petition deserves to be dismissed with some cost. But this Court refrains itself from imposing cost this time.
However this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to consider the bail application expeditiously if the same is moved within two weeks from today, keeping in view that he is already on bail under Sections 363, 366, 376, 457, 380 I.P.C. which he has not misused till date as claimed.
