1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Sundarm Singh, Surya Pratap Singh, Manju Devi and Hari Bhan Singh, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.274 of 2020, under Sections - 147, 148, 307, 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Kurra, District -Mainpuri, during pendency of trial.
3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this is a cross case after an earlier FIR had been lodged in Case Crime No.273 on 17.11.2020. The next day, the present FIR has been lodged disclosing false allegations.
4. The correctness of the facts submitted by learned counsel for the applicants, apart it is seen that the present FIR discloses ingredients of offence alleged and specific role has been assigned to the present applicants and the FIR allegations are prima facie supported by the injury report.
5. In such circumstances, no ground is made out to grant anticipatory bail.
6. Accordingly, the present application is rejected without prejudice to the rights of the applicants to seek regular bail, if required.
