2. Thereafter, the matter has been referred to the learned Master, for ex-parte evidence.

3. In support of the plaintiff's case, PW-1 has been examined and Exs.P1 to P38 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 and Exs.P1 to P38 remain unchallenged.

4. In the light of the evidence of PW-1 and the documents marked as Ex.P1 to P38, it is found that the plaintiff has established the suit claim. The Suit is decreed as prayed for with cost. Time for payment is one month.
