1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by the judgments and orders dated 28.02.1983 and 12.05.1988. The Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bareilly vide judgment dated 28.02.1983 passed in Criminal Case No. 622 of 1982 convicted revisionists and sentenced Revisionist-1 to undergo two years simple imprisonment and Revisionist-2 to undergo two years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 2000/- each for the offence under Section 193 IPC and six months simple imprisonment to Revisionist-1 and six months rigorous imprisonment to Revisionist-2 with fine of Rs. 2000/- each under Section 210 IPC. Thereagainst, revisionists preferred Criminal Appeal No. 84 of 1983 and Appellate Court while dismissing appeal confirmed the conviction under aforesaid Sections but modified the sentence and released Revisionist-1 on probation for one year and imposed fine of Rs. 2000/- each under Sections 193 and 210 IPC and in respect of Revisionist-2 it has imposed only fine of Rs. 2000/- each under Sections 193 and 210 IPC. Being aggrieved the revisionists preferred present revision.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
