On 4.12.2012, learned advocate Mr. Das was not present. Even today, he has filed sick note. As a last chance, S.O. to 28.1.2013. It will be open for learned advocate Mr. Joshi to proceed further in the matter and Court shall pass the order of dismiss for default for the want of prosecution, if Mr. Das, learned advocate will not remain present on next date.
