By means of present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in their peaceful matrimonial life.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners apprised to the Court that both the petitioners are not present and he has no instruction in the matter as such the present writ petition may be dismissed for want of instruction.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for want of instruction.
