Pursuant to the order of this Court, petitioner has filed the affidavit stating that she has been given quota and she has been very candid that the order of allotment has already been passed. The affidavit is taken on record.
Once the said partial grievance is over, once the order of allotment has already been passed, as was stated by the learned Standing Counsel for the State, the prayers of the petitioner, for all practical purposes accepted by the State in the matter.
This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
If the quota has yet not been released and or still there is any grievance of the petitioner is remaining, the petitioner may file note with the Registrar for revival of this petition.
