(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Sundaram BNP Paribas Home Finance Ltd/petitioner herein, has sought for a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent, to implement the orders of the first respondent, dated 4/2/2016, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, within a time frame.
2. Having regard to the events that have taken place pursuant to the filing of the application, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, brought on record, on this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.K.J.Parthasarathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing the writ petition.
3. Placing on record the same, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
