JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is not in dispute that so far as one of the accused having substantially and identically similar role who approached this Court and in exercise of powers under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in Special Criminal Application No. 1079 of 2010 by oral order dated 4.8.2010 learned Single Judge (Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Akil Kureshi) after considering the nature of allegations vis-a-vis provisions of Section 306 and 114 of Indian Penal Code quashed and set aside the complaint impugned against which SLP filed by the aggrieved person also came to be rejected.
In view of the above, in the above three cases, Rule returnable on 19.7.2010.
Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and Pinakin Raval, learned advocate, for respondent No.2.
Meanwhile, further proceedings pursuant to impugned FIR and charge-sheet shall remain stayed in each of the above cases.
